This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement", "EULA", "License", "Agreement" or "License Agreement") is a agreement between you ("Licensee") and Security Flag GmbH ("LiveOverflow", "Lincensor").
The purchase doesn’t result in any kind of ownership. What you are purchasing is the license to use the digital font software ("Font", "Web Font") according to the terms mentioned in this agreement. If you do not accept these terms, do not purchase, access, use or otherwise download or install the Font.
§1 Users and Installations
The Web Font covers any number of websites, as long as they belong to the Licensee. There is no limitation on the number of monthly views.
§2 Copies, Transfers and Distribution
You may create archival, non-public copies of the Web Font for data safety measures.
The Web Font needs to be delivered with the CSS @font-face declaration.
The Web Font may not be distributed directly, eg. through a download button or other font services. You may not share, lend, transfer, rent, lease or resell the Web Font.
§3 Usage
The Web Font is meant to be used directly on the websites of the licensee to be rendered on the screens of the visitors of the websites, e.g. personal or commercial blog.
The Web Font license does not cover web services, e.g. for creating ads, stickers, t-shirts, online greeting cards and so on.
§4 LiveOverflow Brand
Don't display or use the Font in any manner that implies a relationship or affiliation with, sponsorship, or endorsement by "LiveOverflow", or that can be reasonably interpreted to suggest editorial content has been authored by, or represents the views or opinions of "LiveOverflow".
e.g. don't sell unofficial LiveOverflow merchandise.
§5 Modifications
You are free to convert the Web Font into other webfont formats, when there is a technical need for it, e.g. to maximise the compatibility or reduce the character set (“sub-setting”) to improve load times.
All conditions of this License Agreement will apply to the modified version as well. We do not offer support for a modified Font.
§6 Termination
This License is automatically terminated without notice, when you fail to comply with any of its provisions. We reserve the right to seek remedies and damages for any violation of these terms. In case of a termination of the license, the Font and any backup copies need to be deleted/destroyed.
§7 Severability
If any provision of this license is illegal or unenforceable under applicable law, the remainder of the provision shall be amended to achieve as closely as possible the effect of the original term and all other provisions of this License shall continue in full force and effect.
